YOGA CLASSES
Gentle Yoga - A gentle class, providing an introduction to the basics of yoga, including breathing techniques, proper alignment in postures, core strength, flexibility, mindfulness and relaxation. A slower pace and more verbal cues as well as hands-on assists, will ensure even the most nervous beginner feels comfortable and successful.
Flow & Chill Yoga: This class starts with an invigorating flow designed to raise the heartbeat, & develop strength and then ends with slower paced more mindful poses to nourish & rejuvenate your vital energy.

I'm Tani Morgan and I teach yoga near Devon, Alberta. I help overwhelmed and stressed women make time for themselves, re-connect with their body and calm the stormy thoughts that create stress and anxiety.
I'm often sitting out on the deck watching the beautiful prairie sky and enjoying a cup of lemon ginger tea. Living in the Canadian prairies, I love thunderstorms and I know it's useful to calm the storms that occur in our minds.
We all have unwanted storms in our lives that disturb our peace of mind, our happiness and our health. The storm could be a crisis, a tragedy or the daily build-up of daily pressures. It is really hard to feel good when we are in the midst of a storm.

YOGA TEACHER
Tani is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance International and a Certified Meditation Teacher through Lifestyle Meditation. She is a gentle, compassionate teacher and her kind manner brings comfort to each of her sessions. She is passionate about spreading health, happiness and peace. She teaches at her home studio on an acreage 5 minutes outside of Devon, Alberta. When she’s not teaching yoga. she’s facilitating Rapid Resolution Therapy sessions to resolve painful emotions, negative thoughts and undesirable behaviors so her clients can thrive
Tani taught her first ever yoga class in her high school physical education class. Her uncle Rob, a yoga teacher, taught her enough yoga poses to fill a 30 minutes class and while she was quite nervous, it was very well received by her peers.
She didn't practice yoga again until her early twenties where she had a very on again, off again relationship with her yoga practice for many years. During this time, in therapy for a deep depression, she started practicing mindfulness to reduce the negative thoughts she was having and to replace them with positive ones.
When she found meditations classes run by Buddhist monk Gen Kelsang Sanden, she learned how to choose her thoughts & cultivate qualities to find peace and happiness within herself.
In Edmonton, she continued with her meditation training at the Amitahba Meditation Centre and Lifestyle Meditation.
She reconnected with yoga in 2014 and felt that she was finally on the right path. It was her dharma (calling) to share her knowledge of and experience with mindfulness & yoga with others.
She took her teacher training in 2015 and loves to share both yoga and mindfulness with anyone who wants to learn.
When Tani isn’t working, she enjoys traveling, personal growth, thunderstorms, gardening, animal rescue, and of course spending time with her two beautiful children and wonderful husband.
Before I started Tani’s yoga classes, I thought my body was fairly flexible. But Tani demonstrated proper technique and postures and I soon realized how inflexible and stiff my middle-aged body had become. Tani’s gentle and kind demeanor as a yoga instructor allows anyone to feel comfortable trying yoga for the first time, but you will soon feel like a seasoned participant. Tani allows everyone to participate at their own comfort level and there is never a question she can’t answer. I highly recommend Tani’s classes!
