AS A CERTIFIED RRT SPECIALIST AND MINDSET MENTOR, I ASSIST ONLINE ENTREPRENEURS IN CLEARING PAINFUL EMOTIONS,NEGATIVE THOUGHTS, STUCKNESS, AND UNDESIRED BEHAVIORS SO BOTH THEY & THEIR BUSINESS CAN THRIVE.

As a mother of two who has struggled with depression, lack of direction and who thought she had to sacrifice her own wants, needs and dreams to be a good woman, I know what it's like to feel lost, stuck and desiring something better.

Through my own transformation and years of guiding women to move from stuck to unstoppable, nothing has worked as effectively as Rapid Resolution Therapy to resolve my clients’ disturbing emotions, thoughts, behaviors, or past traumatic events. 

I used to believe that we had to feel emotions to release and heal them, then I came across the work of Dr. Connelly and was amazed at the massive impact RRT had, healing people in such a short time. 

So I’ve trained intensively and became the first Certified RRT Specialist in Canada and am looking to give you an incredibly transformative experience that you are happy with right away and even more satisfied with over time.
