AS A CERTIFIED RRT SPECIALIST AND MINDSET MENTOR, I ASSIST ONLINE ENTREPRENEURS IN CLEARING PAINFUL EMOTIONS,NEGATIVE THOUGHTS, STUCKNESS, AND UNDESIRED BEHAVIORS SO BOTH THEY & THEIR BUSINESS CAN THRIVE.

When I started my coaching business 7 years ago, I struggled with feeling stuck. I couldn’t decide on a niche, ideal client or signature offer. I was drowning in thoughts like:

 “Who cares about what I have to say?”

 “Will anyone sign up for my free offer?

 “Will anyone actually buy my stuff? 

“Can I actually create a transformation for my clients?”

After spending a lot of money on a coach who’s marketing promised to help me “Bust through my blocks” 

and only to have her tell me to

“Just decide you want it bad enough and then it will happen”,

I vowed to find a way to help my clients to experience fast, effective shifts and breakthroughs.

I trained in Empowerment Coaching, Intuitive Development, Reiki Energy Work, Yoga, Meditation, Kundalini and more.

Everything changed when, I learned how to communicate with our subconscious mind. It was everything I’d been looking for and I dove into training. During my training, I cleared my emotional turmoil, improved my relationships and my business finally took off.  People were noticing and without very little effort on my part, people started to ask to work with me, I am now booked up months in advance.

As I look back to my first few years in business, I can still remember the pain  I used to feel and that’s what drives me and my passion for this work. I don’t want anyone to suffer that way so I took everything I’ve learned and created the GLOW UP ACADEMY.

I know there are so many people out there that feel the way I did and so much worse. They don’t know how easy it can be to heal and stop feeling that way so their whole life can improve. 

So many people are struggling, suffering and spinning their wheels when it doesn’t have to be that way. 

When you learn how to create powerful, fast and lasting breakthroughs and transformations for your clients your business explodes with leads and clients.

I’ve cleared anxiety, childhood trauma, sexual assault, fear, and  stuckness for so many of my clients in less than 3 sessions using my unique healing method which then allowed them to go on to help others through their businesses.
